For each country, the NGO Local Pay survey report consists of two parts. In Part I, the survey results are presented in a customized fashion for each participating organization. The Part I report compares your market position to the overall market for each job in the survey.
Detailed information about cash allowances and in-kind benefits is displayed and valued, along with prevalence information for security benefits such as pensions and health care; insurance; family benefits and leave provisions. In addition, a report describing the local Social Security and labour code provisions is including, along with information about income taxes and exchange rates.

In Part II, the market data is presented graphically for each position separately, enabling clients to see the overall market data at-a-glance. Part II also contains a list of the positions included in the survey with thumbnail descriptions, and an overview of the Birches Group levels, which are used to evaluate positions matched in the survey.
