Survey Launch Webinar

When a survey is launched for a particular country, all of the registered participants are invited to participate in a webinar that is usually held within two weeks of the launch.  The webinar is designed to:

  1. Let participants know what to expect during the conduct of the survey;
  2. Provide participants with an opportunity to ask any questions about the survey; and
  3. Allow participants to identify any particular issues relating to their local labor market that they wish the survey team to pay close attention to.

The session lasts about 45 minutes, and covers information about survey methodology, data collection process, job matching and other general background information. The webinar will inform participants about the specific processes that should be followed, and ensure everyone understands what is expected to make sure the survey results are delivered promptly, 12 weeks after launch.   Sessions are also open to participants interested in joining the survey in other countries or for participants who are unable to attend the launch webinar for their specific survey due to a schedule conflict.

Post-survey Webinar

After publishing a survey, we usually hold another webinar wherein we explain how to use the reports we’ve have published. This webinar usually happens 2 weeks after the announced publication date of the survey.

The webinar aims to explain to the participants how to navigate through both parts of the report.  They will be able to know where to look for information that they might use to manage their compensation program. The post-survey webinar, same as the pre-survey webinar, will last about 45 minutes to an hour.
